Consulate Management Corporation (http://www.consulatemgt.com) (Formerly Tandem Health Care):  Immediately following the software selection process in 2001, HealthWare Consulting Services was contracted to work with this organization to manage, implement, and maintain the AR/Billing/Clinical automation effort undertaken.  HealthWare was intimately involved in over 80+ SNF/ALF/ILF fully integrated Clinical and Financial “Go-Live” efforts for this organization as well as the implementation of that same integrated system in their Hospice and Therapy Divisions as well.   


Covenant Dove, LLC  (http://www.covenantdove.com):   As a provider of quality long term health care, Covenant Dove currently maintains 38 facilities in 11 states throughout the country.  They began their relationship with HealthWare Consulting Services in mid-2008 when they recognized the need for assistance in merging the separate databases operating their clinical/financial software application into a single environment for all 38 facilities.  To date, HealthWare continues to offer project management oversight and assistance in testing and training for this organization. 


Royal Management Corporation (http://lexingtonhealth.com): An organization that maintains Skilled Nursing, Assisted and Independent Living alternatives, Home Health and Personal Care Services in the Chicago area, Royal Management selected HealthWare to create the detailed Process Performance (workflow) Diagrams for several of their key processes (i.e., Admissions, MDS/Clinical, AR/Billing) in 2005.  Using these PPD’s as a guide, HealthWare actively participated in not only the software selection process and contract negotiations for this organization, but also offered assistance during the piloting and "Go Live” preparations on their integrated Clinical and Financial software product.  We continue to maintain a relationship with this organization and offer constructive guidance upon request.


Catholic Health Care System of the Archdiocese of New York (www.catholichealthcaresystem.org):  With 7 facilities totaling over 2500 SNF beds, as well as a multi-site outpatient physician/rehab clinic, CHCS elected to involve HealthWare in their integrated Clinical and Financial software implementation in November 2004.  CHCS is now live on their selected clinical/financial application.


Menorah Park Center for Senior Living (http://menorahpark.org):  This CCRC with over 1200 SLF/ALF/ILF beds, 3 large Home Health Agency sites, Adult Day Care, and an Advanced Inpatient/Outpatient Therapy Unit (including Aquatic Therapy) began utilizing HealthWare Consulting Services in December 2001 to oversee and manage their integrated software implementation project.  With the pairing of HealthWare’s experience in all aspects of their business model with that of the hard-working associates at Menorah Park, this organization continues to thrive and make further advancements in expanding their Long Term Care and Home Health business model.
