The development of the Project Plan as part of the “Blueprint for Success” is one of the foundational devices that facilitates moving the entire organization from the existing systems into the new systems as smoothly as possible. Moreover, the existence of the Project Plan (especially when combined with the AFTER Workflow PPD’s) serves the dual purpose of enlisting staff enthusiasm and defines accountability of all parties involved.
