Following a software selection process in 2001, Consulate contracted us to manage, implement, and maintain an AR/Billing/Clinical automation effort for approximately 80 facilities. As their needs changed and their company grew to over 200 facilities, they have elected to use HealthWare two more times to assist in a variety of aspects related to their software implementation efforts.

Presbyterian Homes of Georgia first used us for an in-depth analysis of their clinical and financial processes to aide in the identification of the most optimal software for their needs. Later, we assisted during their software selection and contract negotiation processes to ensure that they received the most out of their investment. Finally, we assisted in the set up, configuration, training, and implementation of the new clinical software, with the goal of achieving a 100% paperless environment.

Lexington Health Network selected us to create detailed Process Performance Diagrams, based on the results of our Clinical and Financial Process Analyses. We also provided consultation related to software selection, contract negotiation, and implementation of their integrated clinical and financial software system.  

HealthWare Consulting Services was utilized to manage Menorah Park's clinical and financial software implementation for their Skilled Nursing and Home Health lines of business. Today, they continue to make further advancements in expanding their lines of business, while focusing on providing quality care to all their residents.

With the aide of our Clinical and Financial Process Analyses, Archcare was able to select the clinical and financial software best suited for their needs. We then assisted them with the set up, configuration, pilot and implementation efforts for their organization, which then consisted of 7 facilities serving more than 2,500 residents in the NYC area.
